Chocolate Popcorn
Ingredients
Corn - 1 cup
Cooking chocolate - 50 gm
Salt - a pinch
Butter - 1 tsp
Oil - as needed
Method
Boil water in a pan.
Crumble chocolate in a bowl and hold it above the boiling water.
When the chocolate starts melting, remove the bowl, add some peanut or regular butter and stir till smooth.
Meanwhile heat oil, salt, corn in a cooker, covering it with a lid. Once the corn has popped, transfer into a vessel.
Pour the chocolate over the popcorn and keep mixing gently till all the popcorn is well covered.
The popcorn should be well coated with chocolate.
Chocolate popcorn is ready to be served!
